Medica Technology Co. is looking to hire a Sales Medical Rep.
AGE:
• 25-35 Years.
EDUCATION:
• Better to have a commercial graduate or other high qualification.
EXPERIENCE:
• 2 Years Previous experience as a Medical Sales Representative in Egypt
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical/scientific knowledge
• Good understanding of key business drivers, local market, and competition
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Identifying and winning over current users in the market.
• Anticipate, identify and appropriately address doctor’s objections, questions, and concerns.
• Build or strengthen a relationship with key influencers.
• Achieve targeted sales volume for the region and optimize market share.
• Compiling lists of prospective customers and keeping a detailed record of all contacts for use as sales leads.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for local business ownership decisions.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must and Ability to build trust
COMPETENCIES:
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Have a good Computer Skills
