About the Job
• Install & maintain and configure computer systems.
• Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems.
• Answers customer’s inquiries & fulfills their technical requirements regarding offered services in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
• University education, preferably technical degree or Microsoft Certification
• Up to One year experience that shows good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems.
• Systems local and remote administration and Microsoft Office family applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
